We take pride in every installation. We always strive to ensure our buildings are defect free at the point of handover. However, should any defects arise we ensure that they are solved in a timely manner.

Carbon Emissions
The residential sector was responsible for 10.9% of total greenhouse gas emissions in 2019 according to government agency, EPA.
We have invested a considerable amount of time and resources to produce one of the most energy efficient, highly insulated, environmentally friendly garden buildings available in Ireland today.
Every Crannog Garden Room is constructed with 147mm thick structurally insulated panels for walls, floor and roof. This provides near passive levels of energy conservation and very warm, low running cost space for year round use. Warmed by solar gain from the low winter sun, it provides a comfortable year round living environment.
Environmental Impact
Following and independent assessment by an accredited energy assessor our garden structures achieved a very high rating for both environmental impact and energy conservation.
We are committed to reducing our environmental footprint where possible: we use only timber with FSC certification, which ensures products come from responsibly managed forests.
We employ locally and use local suppliers where possible.
