Galetech’s core business for the past 20 years, has been renewable project development, construction and operation.
Galetech was established in 2000 by Darren Sherry and his father Donald. The business has grown from the seed of an idea for a wind farm on the hills around Mountain Lodge, Co. Cavan, to become a leading Irish renewable development and services business that today employs over 100 people.
The company’s guiding philosophy is to think outside the box, innovate and realise projects that advance the use of cost-effective renewable resources and methods of construction that help build an environmentally sustainable future.
